THE FOUNDER

Gethrude Charles, is the founder of SWSB, she holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham, UK where she also mentors the Sustainability and Societal Impact Fellows of University of Nottingham

With over twelve years experience in business development, education, operations, and sustainability, she has dedicated her career to empowering female entrepreneurs and fostering inclusive economic growth
